Ms. Nona Ullman, CEO of LessonLoop, is a former teacher, district administrator, and management consultant with 30 years of data, technology, and program evaluation experience with over 50 state and local educational agencies in 22 states. She has spent the last 10 years providing project management, data analytics, professional development, and program evaluation services to school districts helping them use data and technology as a catalyst to improve teaching and learning.

LessonLoop was founded in 2019 after raising her three daughters, and sharing in their excitement and joy with highly engaging instruction. LessonLoop's mission is to create more vibrant, nurturing, meaningful, and rigorous student learning experiences by amplifying student voice, guiding better instruction & transforming learner engagement—all through one professional learning platform. Prior to LessonLoop, Ms. Ullman led her management consulting company, Improve, LLC which she inherited from BearingPoint/KPMG Consulting where she was a Managing Director and National K-12 Practice Lead. Ms. Ullman started her career at Accenture where she worked in the strategy and change management services practices. Ms. Ullman speaks regularly at conferences and on podcasts about the transformative power of student voice to improve school culture, teaching, and learning.

Ms. Ullman graduated from Cornell University with a B.S. in Industrial and Labor Relations and holds a M.B.A. from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
