Gina Weber is a K-12 Authentic Learning Coach serving all 28 schools in the Bullitt County Public School District. She has worked as an elementary teacher, middle school math teacher, and literacy coach in various school districts across Kentucky since 2004. Gina has served as a Lab Classroom Host for the Oldham County Leadership Institute and facilitated professional learning for teachers in Jefferson County Public Schools, Bullitt County Public Schools, and the Archdiocese of Louisville. Her accolades include the Kentucky Ashland Teacher Achievement Award, Teacher of the Year at Freedom Elementary, and 2022 BCPS Elementary Teacher of the Year. She is a National Board Certified Teacher, a Google Certified Educator, and holds an EdS degree from the University of Louisville. Gina attributes her success to her commitment to fostering authentic learning experiences and building a culture of curiosity, innovation, and collaboration within her community.
