Tracy (she/her) serves as the Postsecondary Readiness Senior Coordinator for CELL. At CELL, Tracy builds the capacity of partner schools to strengthen the postsecondary readiness of students, particularly through college and career pathways, work-based learning, and school-community partnerships. Prior to joining CELL, she has worked within the nonprofit, educational, and government sectors to advance equity and hope for youth who experience gaps in opportunity and attainment. Tracy is currently pursuing her Doctorate in Urban Education Studies with a minor in Higher Education at IUPUI and graduated from Tufts University with a Master’s degree in Child Studies and Urban and Environmental Policy. She also attended the University of California at Berkeley where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and a Minor in City Planning. When not working, Tracy loves spending time with her family and Starfish Initiative mentee, kayaking, dancing, and helping create a world that is more loving and just.
