Maggie receives peace and empowerment from yoga asana and pranayama, which is at the core of her teaching. Despite years of back pain and inflexibility, her first yoga class left her elated, motivating her to continue.
Her classes combine dynamic workouts, precise alignment, breath focus, spiritual reflection, and mindfulness, creating a meditative experience. She balances challenge and nurture, aiming to help students feel connected, focused, and calm.
Trained in Iyengar and Ashtanga yoga, Maggie's alignment-based vinyasa flow is slightly slower and breath-centered. She also integrates Medical Chi Gong and Meridian Flow Yoga+Qigong, blending strong physical practice with energy-focused healing.
